We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, personal check or cash. A credit card is used to hold the room upon booking and unless you notify us, the card you have provided will be charged the day of your arrival. A receipt is provided to you at check-in.
If you need to cancel your reservation, we request you do so 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date or 30 days prior on special event weekends and holidays. Cancellations made with in the cancellation timeframe will not be charged a cancellation fee, all others will be charged the full price of the room rate. NOTE: All cancellations must be made through the owner by calling 903-399-5364.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE/MISSING OR DAMAGED LINENS OR TOWELS
It is our policy to provide each quest with top quality linens and towels. Please note: there will be an additional charge should heavy cleaning be required upon check-out. There will be a replacement charge for any missing or damaged linens or towels. Additional hand towels are provided for cleaning up spills, wine, cleaning bikes, etc.
Smoking is allowed only in the gardens and on the porches.
Special events and holidays require two-night minimum. All rates are based upon double occupancy. Additional individuals will incur an additional charge of $25 per person. Local and State Hotel Occupancy Taxes are in addition to the posted room rates.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Normal check-in begins at 3 p.m.
Normal Check-Out is between 11 a.m. and Noon.
Special arrangements may be possible for early arrival or late departure.
CHILDREN & PETS
We regret that we are currently unable to accommodate children under 7 or pets of any kind.
HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
There is a two (2) night minimum stay required for holidays and special events.
