PAYMENT
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, personal check
or cash. A credit card is used to hold the room upon booking and unless you
notify us, the card you have provided will be charged the day of your arrival.
A receipt is provided to you at check-in.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your reservation, we request
you do so 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival or 30
days prior to your arrival for special event weekends and holidays.
If you need to cancel your reservation within the cancellation policy timeframe,
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25 for weekday and $50 weekend and
holiday reservations.

SPECIAL EVENTS
There is a two (2) night minimum stay required for holidays and special events.
ROOM RATES
All rates are based upon double occupancy. Additional individuals will incur
an additional charge of $20 per person. Local and State Hotel Occupancy Taxes
are in addition to the posted room rates.
CHILDREN
&
PETS
We regret that we are currently unable to accommodate children
under 7 or pets of any kind.
SMOKING
Smoking is allowed only in the gardens and on the porches.
CHECK-IN &
CHECK-OUT
Normal check-in begins at 3 p.m.
Normal Check-Out is between 11 a.m. and Noon.
Special arrangements may be possible for early arrival or late departure.
